RETURN POLICY

Mission First Tactical reserves the right to request proof of purchase and/or original packaging before issuing any replacement or credit. If a returned product is found to be a counterfeit MFT bears no responsibility to issue a credit or a replacement and will confiscate the product.

REFUND POLICY                           

Please call customer service at 267-704-0001, in advance to obtain an RA number (Return Authorization). All refunds will be provided as credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within ten (10) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise, unless replacement is requested.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

SHIPPING POLICY / DELIVERY POLICY

Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase, unless back ordered. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.

The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. APO/FPO and P.O. boxes are accepted.

If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Typically allow 5 - 10 business days for delivery

If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 267-704-0001 for charges.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS:

PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 6% sales tax. Shipping and Handling costs are added to your order and will show in your cart upon checkout.
